WTF Coaching was built after years of watching the fitness industry drift away from real coaching.

It has become increasingly saturated with people completing short courses, then mistaking certification for understanding. A textbook can teach terminology, but it cannot teach judgment, context, or how to build a strong, resilient body that actually lasts. Sustainable progress is not learned in ten weeks. It comes from years of training, observing patterns, making mistakes, and developing the common sense that no course can fast-track.


That gap - between qualification and competence - is exactly why WTF Coaching exists.


I have trained for over two decades, across various phases of life, with different goals and physical demands. I have followed plans that looked good on paper, pushed intensity when recovery was lacking, and chased progress that worked short-term but broke down long-term. Like many people, I learned the hard way that effort without structure eventually catches up with you.


As a coach, I care less about how hard someone can train and far more about how well they can sustain it. My approach is evidence-driven, but never detached from reality. Training has to fit the human in front of me - their stress, recovery, lifestyle, hormonal health, and capacity to adapt.


Every program I design is built around:

>Recovery as a performance tool, not an afterthought

I am not here to motivate people into exhaustion or sell quick fixes. I am here to coach with intent, apply standards, and build systems that last.
